The University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA) Library was established in 1973, the first year students were admitted to the new university. The Assistant Dean for Computer Systems, Sue Tyner, oversaw the Library's computer systems. The collection includes correspondence and memoranda; minutes of the Technical Services division meetings, Librarians' meetings, and University Assembly meetings; strategic planning documents; Library newsletters including Library Focus and UTSA Library News; documents of the Salary Committee; materials pertaining to Library renovations, reports, position descriptions, and other materials.
